All of these points are key priorities when it comes to our care, including cleanliness, rooms, management, activities and value for money, and we are always open to recommendations that may improve our care. We support our residents individually, with each resident having their own catered to them, care plan, but if you have any concerns regarding your mothers, I would be more than happy to discuss this with you. I will pass on the feedback to the relevant teams regarding staff conduct and the tidiness of your mum’s room. Our team are recruited not only to provide the best care but also for their personal skills, such as kindness and friendliness. Our housekeeping team work hard to keep our home clean and tidy but also must consider resident's wishes and privacy. I am always happy to talk to discuss any issues at a mutually convenient time.
