During the four months my dad was in the home, he was always cared for with kindness, courtesy and respect. Later, when my mum needed residential care, I was happy that I was able to have her transferred. She is well looked after by the staff who treat her like a member of the family with patience and
a sense of humour. The staff ensure that I receive regular updates and I know that my mum is safe, comfortable and content.

The staff at Botham Hall are all approachable and provide a high standard of care.
The home is always very clean and tidy. The staff work very hard to make it as homely as possible. I feel Botham Hall was the right choice for care and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

My mum has lived at Botham Hall Care Home for over 5 years. Due to COVID I was unable to see my mum for 6 months, but I knew she was safe and extremely well cared for. When I eventually got to see her, she looked happy, well dressed and healthy. I am so happy that I do not have to worry about her. She
is treated as part of a family and so am I when I visit or call. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

After the harrowing decline of my mother's health, which was upsetting for myself and my family, Botham Hall was a breath of fresh air and their set up was found to be excellent. They have brilliant facilities, however, the best attribute of the care home are the staff members themselves. They are attentive,
sensitive and above all caring.
Our daily contact is usually with staff who are always happy to spend time to deal with any concerns and issues. Our family member who is the resident of Botham Hall can be difficult to manage and whilst it has not always been plain sailing dealing with her various issues, the team have always gone the extra mile to resolve any problems. It is my belief that without such dedication from the team our family member would not be enjoying the comfort security and happiness she currently is.

The girls who work here have been exceptional during COVID-19, it’s been really difficult not being able to see my grandmother but the girls have gone above and beyond to make sure she gets the right care and, that we as a family, are updated on everything. All the staff deserve a medal for working
tirelessly to make sure our loved ones are looked after when we can’t do that ourselves!

My experience of Botham Hall is nothing short of excellent on all aspects of care for my uncle, who has lived there since March 2019.
I have obviously not been able to visit since the COVID outbreak, and the lockdown, but I have always had the utmost faith and trust in all the staff within the home.
I am immensely proud of the excellent work they have done to keep not just my uncle safe, but also all the other residents in these very difficult times.
I have been kept up to date on a regular basis, with photos and emails sent to me by the staff of my uncle, which has been very important as they have been used to circulate to other relatives and it has been a great comfort to me during this difficult period.
No words can ever express my gratitude for everything they have done, they are all exceptional people, and they need the recognition that they deserve.

My grandad gets brilliant care and the staff are excellent. Even with the lockdown, we have been able to video call my grandad every day. Today was his birthday and the carers made sure he had a great day, even singing Happy Birthday to him on a video call.

My mum has been in Botham Hall for the last 15 months and the care is absolutely unbelievable. Each and every member of staff treat all their residents as if they were their own parents, nothing is too much trouble. My mum has been under the weather recently and they have looked after her day and night,
with the lockdown situation I have not been able to visit but I know my mum has had the best care, the staff have kept me updated every couple of days.
I would just like to pass my thanks onto the staff for looking after my mum and all the residents during this testing time for all care homes, they are doing an extremely good job keeping them all safe.

My dad has been in Botham Hall for over 2 years now. The care he received constantly exceeds my expectations and would not want him to be anywhere else. The care he has received over the last few months has been stunning, despite the impact caused by coronavirus. The efforts that have been put in
by the staff in the home have been exemplary, and this has kept the residents safe and well. I really could not ask for a better place for my dad to be!

The staff at Botham Hall are absolutely brilliant. I know my mum is being well looked after by staff who care. I am kept up to date with all that's going on, and the staff are so friendly when I visit. I love to see the interaction of staff with my mum and to see everyone laughing, despite dementia,
Mum still has a sense of humour. I feel happy knowing she is being well looked after, kept clean, warm and safe. On one occasion, I was upset, and the staff were there for me with a cup of tea and kind words. Thank you for doing a great job.

Jut to say Botham Hall came to the rescue when my mum was at a low-ebb; living alone at home. Since going to Botham Hall, the staff have had more than one serious issues to deal; but have coped with these admirably, when it could not have been dealt with at home.
In general, just to say the entire
staff are very caring and patient. I know my mum is in the right environment with warm and friendly people. Thanks.

Overall pleased with the care given to my mother. She has been in Botham Hall for a number of years now and is content. The staff are all hardworking and caring. I am also content and have peace of mind that Mum is safe and looked after whilst continuing to work.

Since my father-in-law moved into Botham Hall the care he has received is excellent. The staff always have time for him and anyone who visits him. We are always welcome when we visit and any questions answered. Any issues or concerns we had about him being in a home were immediately dealt with and
we could not be happier about the care he is receiving.

My Dad first came into Botham Hall on respite care and has been there ever since! From day one the level of care has been excellent. The home provides first-class food and is cleaned to a high standard. All the staff are very committed to the residents. Myself and my family are kept informed about any
issues, good or bad, regarding my dad. We are always made welcome at whatever time of the day we choose to visit! We are also encouraged to join in any of the social activities that are going on!
It gives me a great deal of peace of mind to know that my dad is so well cared for!
