My social worker approached Botham Hall, the manageress saw my husband and agreed to take him. From day one he was treated with the utmost respect and he settled down very well.

In all the time my dad was there, I never heard any staff manager raise their voice to anyone, no matter how provoked. They were always smiling, patient and caring, right until the very end. They cared for and loved my dad and for that, I shall be forever grateful.
