We thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. We as a Care Home take pride in delivering quality care to all our residents. We are deeply sorry you feel this way and that you didn’t have a positive experience with your husband’s stay with us. We take all feedback very seriously and always welcome comments which would further improve the quality of the care.
Our care staff are continually checking and caring for everyone in the home. The home has a group of housekeepers who work very hard to make sure everything is clean. Due to the challenging/aggressive behaviour and as triggered for EMI resident, this gentleman’s personal hygiene was catered for several times a day by care staff. When he left our care, he was clean. Unfortunately, there are times when a person’s needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in a particular setting, despite all efforts. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
