Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Apologies for any issues caused with name badges - most staff should now have them. We unfortunately have had an ongoing supplier issue across our homes, which we've continued to chase up. New badges have again been ordered and we're expecting them soon. The ongoing issue has also been discussed in many relative meetings.
We're happy to chat at a mutually convenient time to discuss this further, or for any further issues experienced, especially as you've rated us low on other aspects of the home.
