Very impressed and thankful to the staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. They call on him having a chat, caring for all his needs. When I call to visit all staff always have a smile. He's very impressed with his meals, he likes his food and always looks forward to meal times. So a thank you to all

My dad has been in care since January. The staff are so happy and caring. My dad is clean, well dressed in his own clothes. He really enjoys his food, especially his full English breakfast. He has a lovely room, that is kept spotlessly clean. I am kept informed of any changes in my dads health and needs.

In my opinion, my husband should not have been in a care home but due to a few difficulties with the choice I have made putting him in the care home I regret this choice not because he was unhappy or anything but due to a few things that have been sorted out everything has worked out well. He is very

Airedale is a lovely place, we are happy that mother is cared for well and receives the care she needs. Staff are friendly and responsible, we come and go happy. According to my mother meals are good and certainly seem to be from what we've seen.

My mother is always cheerful and happy when I visit her. Although her behaviour is challenging at times, the staff are resilient, friendly and caring towards her. Routines are in place, and staff do not stop fulfilling everyone's needs. I am always offered a cuppa and its so nice to have a chat with
the staff. The entertainment programme suits the residents and the meals are excellent too. There's always someone for my mum to speak to if she chooses - everyone seems to be happy and comfortable.

Care staff are really good with my mum. They always keep me informed with her health and needs. They have plenty activities for the residents and if I have any concerns that I raise the management and team always act on them. Generally I cannot complain on the service.

Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere - small enough for personal care and to get familiar with everyone.
My daughter never seems to want to come out with me and enjoys the meals and looking at what you've got on. There's entertainment also and good references to medical services.

The staff at the home are so caring and helpful, cannot fault them. Also have time to comment on my Mother's welfare, telephoning me if there has been any change in her health, medication, doctor visits, etc. The manager/management have been so supportive and I cannot praise them enough. A lot more
activities going on, as well as events going on throughout the year, encouraging family and friends to join in. Great newsletter. I cannot thank them enough. The food is excellent.

Our mum has been at Airedale Residential & Dementia Home for just over 2 years. The staff have always been caring and kind and the manager is very approachable. It has been nice to see the numerous improvements over this time and that these are continuing. The role of activities has been filled and
it is lovely to see the residents joining in and the change in atmosphere. As Mum's condition continues to deteriorate we feel fully supported by staff and management.

Both my parents are residents at Airedale Residential & Dementia Home. My standards are high and I've been impressed by the standards of care and staff commitment to their residents. The staff work very hard. The activities provided are fantastic. Any issues are promptly addressed by management who

I am so happy with this care home. My friend loves it there. She is well looked after. The food is great, they are always doing things and entertaining the residents. The staff are all lovely and whenever I go to visit which is every week, they are so welcoming. I have no hesitation in keeping my friend
here. It is a lovely well-run place. It doesn't smell and is always clean and tidy. They are doing an excellent job.

My mum was in Airedale care home from October until her death in November this year.
She had dementia and never realised she was in a care home she always referred to staying in a big house with lovely pictures on the walls.
She was happy, never asking to go home. The staff were all lovely, always
engaging with the residents. They had lots of patience for everyone.

My friend's dad has been here since the year 2022. I try to visit once a week and I have always found the staff pleasant and accommodating. If there has been an issue with him I have asked for help and it's been sorted. He has always been happy with his food and it's always looked appetising. There
were times I felt the smell was a bit much but this has definitely improved.

Caring and compassionate staff. They have looked after my dad the best they can and always try and personalise his care needs. Dad usually looks healthy when I come to visit him; he stated that he is happy at Airedale, and there are some very good staff members on the team. I’m happy they have been

Mum has now been in Airedale for over 12 months. She is always well looked after & the staff are very understanding & patient. Over the past few months, the home has done a number of improvements including new carpets & lino, tables & chairs. We are always kept up to date with how Mum is.
It would
be nice to see someone fill the role for entertainment, crafting etc. as my sister & I feel it is beneficial for the residents.

My dad has been a resident at Airedale since September, we have found the staff to be very helpful and caring with my dad's many needs. We're always made very welcome by the staff when we visit even though they are often stretched and over busy, more staff would be ideal.

For those wishing to place a loved one in Airedale please be assured that for us it was a very simple but thorough process carried out in your own home at your convenience this process enabled the Home to be ready and aware of the needs upon arrival.
The staff are very courteous and always available
for a chat both about the service user and yourself when visiting.
The only problem I had initially was knowing what I had to provide and what the home provided automatically but that is soon sorted when the service user is settled in. Overall a secure and friendly setup all gratitude to all the staff for the care being given. Thank you.
