I can't fault the care and dedication of all the staff and kitchen staff, quality of food and drink. It gives me great peace of mind that my mum is so cared for and is safe and comfortable in Brantwood Hall. First class care.

My mum has been in Brantwood Hall Care Complex for three years. Things were not quite right for a while but it has picked up now and is excellent. My mum feels very safe and happy now. The carers are wonderful and do a fantastic job. I feel more content knowing that she is in safe hands. Thank you,

My mum has been in Brantwood Hall Care Complex for over 12 months and over this period the staff continue to work hard to provide an excellent service. The staff provide a caring and supportive environment. They ensure mum's needs are met with care and dignity finding out what mum's needs are and working
collectively to deliver the best care possible.


The staff are attentive to my needs as her daughter maintaining contact when necessary. I have no hesitation asking questions about mum's care.


The activity programme is excellent, staff and residents join in to provide a lively atmosphere. The new management team continually improve the service and shows great commitment to residents care - great teamwork.

My mother had to make a different decision to move into a care home this year. I visit regularly and the staff are always friendly and caring to my mother. I can go anytime of the day and night. It's like a home from home. You can do anything to her room to make it her own. I can rest easy that I know
my mother is well looked after. The new manager is impressing the home.

I am the brother of the resident who is writing this on her behalf. My sister has now been a resident for four years. When my sister came to this home, it wasn’t up to our expectations and my wife and I asked the manager when the building work was going to be completed, since then there have been improvements
and the staff have always been very good to my sister. Recently there has been a new manager appointed and I have spoken to him on several occasions and I am really pleased with his attitude and his foresight as he is reorganising several things for the better. The residents seem happier, there is a happier atmosphere amongst the staff, and the young lady that organises the activities and outings seems to cater for all residents. Speaking to my sister, she is very pleased with the home and the staff, the reason I checked with my sister is that you want the best for your family because she is living there permanently, and you want to know that your family is well looked after.

Very happy with the service. Mother in Law settled very well. She is treated with dignity and respect. The care staff are kind, compassionate and always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this home.
