We are unable to comment fully on this review due to GDPR restrictions and also we prefer to remain professional at all times. However, we can assure all readers that there are most definitely two sides to this story. This resident was not kept in a room for 24 hours a day and was free to leave not only their room but the care home at any time. We do not agree with the comments that they have made and while this resident did not choose to leave as stated and chooses to remain a resident here, we have encouraged them to make a formal complaint through our complaint’s procedure, so we can fully respond to the claims made.

We would like to point out that The Hollies is rated Good on all areas following our most recent CQC inspection and we look forward to welcoming CQC into our home for our next inspection, whenever that may be. The Review Score of 8.1 (8.089) out of 10 for The Hollies is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.2 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
