What a happy place this is! I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to leave a loved one who has reached the stage where permanent care, or a short respite, is called for. The respect and attention they give to visitors is exceptional are rare. They have time for all of their 'residents'
and quickly learn their likes, dislikes, favourite stories, memories, topics of conversation and, impressively, keep a record of that all staff can add to and study - everyone has low-days and, at such times, this knowledge bank is an exception tool to help lift a person who needs a little help to improve their state of mind.

I have had a lot of experience with care homes (while working in education) and this is a stand-out destination for a loved one needing care. In fact, I always refer to it as "The Hotel". (I asked if I could take the chef home with me, the food is so good. Sadly, they would not let me.)
