Since my mother-in-law has been in Bradley House Care Home the changes in her health and appearance have been changed dramatically. She had always been stubborn in thinking she could manage at home with everyday chores and caring for my father-in-law who has dementia. Now she is cared for by the fantastic
care as at Bradley House she looked so well in his actually putting on weight. Highest praise for the manager and her team for all the care and support given

I found all staff to be very attentive and caring. They provide a very relaxed and calm atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. The facility itself is always very clean and well maintained. My father is very happy, highly recommended.

My father-in-law move to Bradley house care home after a long spell in hospital and the onset of dementia. The staff here have been very helpful and understanding (dad's dementia was sudden onset and totally unexpected). They put him at ease I made him feel welcome. It made a very difficult situation
more bearable.

My mammy is completely in her element at The Bradley House. Loved and cared for is an understatement. Lovely food, bubbly and caring staff including management. Since our uncle has moved into Bradley Care Home he is much happier, he joins in with the weekly activities and seems to be really settled and enjoying his stay. Staff at Bradley are always on hand to help with any questions. When we visit, you're always greeted with a warm welcome. Bradley Care Home
is like home from home and that shows through when you visit the home. Our uncle has come on leaps and bounds since being in Bradley and we will forever be grateful for the excellent level of care he receives.

My dad has been at Bradley House Care Home for around a month now and seems settled and comfortable. Every time I visit, I get a warm, happy welcome, and any questions about my dad's welfare are promptly answered.

Exceptional, is the one word that I can say about the care my mum received during her unfortunately short stay with Bradley House. From before she arrived from the hospital and throughout her time at the care home, the whole team were friendly, empathetic and at the same time professional.

My uncle is staying at the Bradley House Care Home, has been there nearly a year now and really enjoys it, he's always telling me how good the staff are and how they cheer him up and look after him.
He has a nice room overlooking the grass and trees and loves the squirrels that come to the feeder
outside his window.
My uncle was a bit of a recluse and had lost a lot of weight but now he is his normal weight and his sense of humour has come back, it's lovely to see him laughing again and telling jokes. The staff are very caring and friendly and always come to see him with a smile.

The staff and facilities are second to none.
It's like a home from home, and I feel totally confident that Mum is in a safe, comfortable and wonderful environment.

Dad's room (mat on floor in case of fall), 3 meals a day, coffee tea juice (meds given), hygiene (change of clothes), taken for a walk (beds changed), COVID jab also flu jab if he wanted it (ring me, keep updated when needed) (nurse comes on visits). Also in other months, changed doctors and meds for
Dad for me, had eyes checked, phoned when a bug was going round and when he had a fall.
Dad was very withdrawn when he arrived, he now looks a lot better than he has been for a long time, more like himself.

My mother is in Bradley House Care Home. My mum is deaf. The team are fantastic and show my mum respect and love. They go above and beyond care - I would highly recommend. Everyone, from domestic staff and carers, are brilliant and always have a wave and hello when passing Mum's room.

The care home staff are caring, considerate and very professional. The management team are of a high standard, knowledgeable, professional and approachable, any questions asked of them are answered promptly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is of a good standard and cooked fresh. Cleanliness

The care and support Mum received whilst on end-of-life care was above and beyond. She was treated with dignity and respect. My father spent nearly two years in what he called his "home", always "saying how well they looked after him". But for me and my family, we saw more than we ever expected. The staff were just so caring and thoughtful and interacted with my father and us on a regular basis. Nothing was ever too much
trouble and we know they showed him respect, compassion, and support physically and mentally.
The consideration they gave to his last few days was more than miraculous, with him being given a separate room and receiving nothing but a first-class care service, with staff checking on him or sitting with him when we did not visit.
Our family cannot thank the home and all its staff enough for each individual who contributed to our father's life and gave us memories that will last.

Both my mother and father-in-law are at Bradley Care Home. The care and attention by the staff is excellent and also the support they have given us personally.
At extremely short notice (and I mean hours!) they have accepted Father-in-law after he wasn't happy at another home and the staff were just
exceptional in settling him in at a busy meal time.
Thank you to the manager and three other staff members in particular, for going above and beyond for us all and all the carers and other staff. You really are appreciated. Thank you.

My mother was in residence at Bradley House during February and March, after being discharged from hospital. The care home manager and staff are both friendly and welcoming, however, staff shortages were experienced during her stay which I feel influenced the level of care being provided, in that things
took a little longer as staff took care of the more needing residents first, correctly so.
Overall the care home provides a good resilient establishment, for those needing care.

Thank you very much for leaving a review, I would like to give you some feedback. Unfortunately, during your relative's stay at the home we experienced a covid outbreak. The home is not living with covid and are having to follow government guidelines to ensure that all resident stay safe, this includes staff having to remain at home until their symptoms have passed and they are safe to return, the staff worked very well during these difficult times carrying out different roles to ensure that the service continued and the residents were safe. All infection control guidelines were adhered to which included full PPE to be worn this was also when entering your relative's room as she suffered with the virus, if you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate in calling the home to speak to the manager.

Our mum has really settled in well over the past five weeks. This is mainly down to the very professional and very caring attitude of the staff. They certainly go the extra mile. The staff have always made us feel very welcome, both during personal visits and phone calls. They take the time to talk

My mum arrived on the 5th of January '23 just before 9 pm for palliative care. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with dignity and respect, and this continued throughout her stay. The staff were all friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even at 3 am, when my mum was awake, they
made her a cup of tea and some toast! Cannot fault her stay at Bradley House Care Home at all.

Hi, my name is Tammy and I’m the manager at Bradley House Care Home.


I’ve worked in care for 30 years and have 15 years of experience in a managerial role. I have gained NVQ 4 and the Register Managers Award (RMA).


I have been the manager of Bradley House since September 2020.


I believe residents should feel at home when in our care as that is essentially what we are, their home.


Dignity and respect are what I hold high and instil in all of my hard-working staff.


In my spare time, I enjoy making memories with my family, whether it be taking the dogs for walks or going on holidays and I love nothing more than getting my nose into a really good book.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I work at Bradley House Care Home as a Senior Administrator. I have now been with the company for 8 years working in each of the homes in the group.


My role is office-based, supporting the home, manager, staff, and relatives. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of Bradley House, the care staff provide a nice relaxing environment, and my own tasks are varied, from processing wages to ensuring all staff are enrolled on adequate training for their role. No two days are the same!


It is also nice to have the opportunity to get involved and support the residents who often have a wealth of knowledge and stories to share.


When I am not in the office my two girls keep me very busy, we enjoy our weekend breaks and summer camping trips but also do love to just relax in our pj’s with treats and a good movie.

Hi my name is Hannah and I’ve worked at Bradley House for 6 years, I started as a kitchen assistant and stayed in this role up until August 2022. I loved working in the home but I wasn’t able to spend as much time with the residents as I wanted, so I moved over to activities coordinator when that vacancy became available and I absolutely love it. It’s enabled me to really get to know the residents I work with and bring a smile to their faces.


I love seeing them join in my activities and be able to see the positive effect this brings to their lives. Coming up with daily activities which are meaningful, is no easy task and it keeps my mind very busy but seeing them plan out makes it all worthwhile. We enjoy activities that include live entertainment, animals, fayres, music, being creative, light exercise and mental stimulation, as well as sensory stimulation and giving the person a sense of being involved and part of a community.


Most of all activities take away loneliness, even just having a 1 to 1 chat over a cup of tea is all someone needs and I’m privileged to say this is my job. I have two grown-up children and a 12-year-old and in my spare time, I like to make memories with them and my partner.

Hey, my name is Amy Waller


I have been at Bradley House now for eight years and have completed many roles within this timeframe. I started as a cleaner then onto care. In 2021 I went on maternity leave and since returning from maternity leave I have now secured my role as relief team leader. I enjoy this role and ensuring that our residents have all the correct medication and help that they need. I have a little boy called Oakley John, who is also a massive part of the Bradley family. We enjoy popping into the home on our day off as Oakley’s cheeky little smile makes the resident's day. I enjoy baking and do like making cakes, cupcakes and all sorts of tasty little treats for our residents and will step in as cook when our amazing cook staff are on leave. In those 8 years, I have been a cleaner and a carer I have worked nights and days. Also, I worked in the kitchen for three years and really enjoyed this.

I originally started as a night carer, then I went into the kitchen as a cook.

I have 3 grown-up children and 6 grandchildren who keep me busy outside of work. I enjoy my yearly Tattershall break with family like to play darts and love attending any events that Bradley households for residents and relatives.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I’ve worked at Bradley House for nearly a year. This is my first care job although I looked after my grandparents at home for 15 years. Working in care gives me a sense of satisfaction to see how carers can have such a massive impact on our residents' lives.

Hi, my name is Elfa, I have over 30 years of experience in the care industry and I hold an NVQ 2 in social care. I have been working at Bradley House for just over a year now.
As a small girl, I always felt most comfortable being around the older generation, so it’s no surprise I’ve spent my working life working with them.


I have 2 children and 6 amazing grandchildren, when I’m not at work you can usually find me babysitting one of my grandkids or spending time with my husband.
