I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful care that my husband received at Bradley House. Every one of the management and staff were so caring and was great comfort to me when he passed away.

Overall, very good value for money. Dad enjoys the food and the staff seem very caring. He has been in care at this home for around 2.5 years now and my wife and I are always made welcome when we visit.

I always got a warm welcome on my visits to Bradley House. Mother was in there for nearly six years and in that time I found the staff helpful and friendly. I was always treated with respect and honesty. In return, I was always polite to the staff. I donated Mum's piano to the home, so that she could
keep on playing as long as possible.

Mum was looked after brilliantly at the care home. Nothing was too much and the staff all has time for her. Both the manager and staff always made us welcome on visiting and took the time to have a chat to us. We would highly recommend the care home and won't hesitate to use it again if necessary.

My mother had been a resident in Bradley House Care Home for nearly three years. Sadly she passed away on 2nd December 2022, but during her time in the home up until her death, she was treated with the utmost care and dignity at all times. All the staff, from management to the care staff, were efficient
and caring at all times and my mother's room was kept immaculately clean. They all loved my mum and she loved them, right up to her death, whereby the home represented at her funeral.

Mum moved approx twelve months ago due to previous care home closure. Since her arrival, the staff and management have been first class in looking after her needs and providing updates and information to us as a family. She has settled in extremely well and remains happy in her time at Bradley.

Much to our surprise, my dad has settled down beautifully. He loves the staff and they love him too. Couldnt ask for anymore from them. He enjoys the food and has even been known to socialise, which is very unusual, as he is usually very quiet.

My dad was very happy at Bradley house. He suffered from dementia, but he always looked content and well cared for and seemed genuinely fond of his carers and they of him. I am so pleased that Dad was able to spend the last year of his life in such a lovely, caring environment. My thanks to all the

As one of the sons od a resident of the care home, I would just like to say my father was well-loved and cared for. I couldn't recommend any other care home other than this one. Each and every staff member who looked after my father treated him with absolute dignity and respect. They all deserve to

My mother was obviously very happy to be at Bradley House, especially regarding the carers and the excellent care she received. She always commented on how nice the food was. Her room was perfect for her needs, and it was nice that she was able to bring her possessions, pictures, etc to make her feel
at home.

Everyone, from the top to the cleaners first class service, nothing was a problem to them. You are always treated with dignity. The home is perfectly clean, the rooms are first class, the food excellent and plentiful, would not hesitate to recommend The Bradley House to anyone. There is always encouragement
to get the residents mixing socially with each other. Full marks to all the staff who work as a complete team.

The home always smelt pleasant (no urine smell). Staff were always friendly and knowledgeable to family. Staff always treated residents with respect and dignity. All meals were presented nicely. Nothing was a trouble for all staff, all done with a smile so I would highly recommend Bradley Care Home
to anyone looking for a place for your loved one.
I spent 35 years nursing elderly on hosptial wards so I can honestly say the residents were very well looked after.

The room was good, the bed was excellent, some staff were OK some were utter rubbish. My mother never had her pills given on time and we had to always chase this up - that was our main concern, never saw the manager.

On checking the records for the home I have been unable to find any log of any complaint in March regards any resident having issues with medications neither can I find any issues regarding staff so am unable to verify the review.
I would also like to point out that management of the home are present Monday to Friday and regular complete walk around the building speaking to residents and families so am surprised the manager is stated as never being seen.
The home takes any complaint or niggle seriously and uses them as learning curves to improve the services offered - if on this occasion mistakes had been made and were brought to the attention of the correct person they would have been rectified.
I am sorry on this occasion it appears this has not happened.

The home provides a safe and caring environment for my nanna. The carers attend to all my nanna's care needs. The carers are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The staff adhere to my mum's care plan and ensure that her care needs are met. My mum is treated with respect and her views are taken into consideration in all aspects of her care. The home is clean and staff are every friendly. There are plenty of activities available should my mum wish to participate.
The
staff accommodate the family visiting even during the night when mum was very ill before having to be taken to hospital.

Hi, my name is Tammy and I’m the manager at Bradley House Care Home.


I’ve worked in care for 30 years and have 15 years of experience in a managerial role. I have gained NVQ 4 and the Register Managers Award (RMA).


I have been the manager of Bradley House since September 2020.


I believe residents should feel at home when in our care as that is essentially what we are, their home.


Dignity and respect are what I hold high and instil in all of my hard-working staff.


In my spare time, I enjoy making memories with my family, whether it be taking the dogs for walks or going on holidays and I love nothing more than getting my nose into a really good book.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I work at Bradley House Care Home as a Senior Administrator. I have now been with the company for 8 years working in each of the homes in the group.


My role is office-based, supporting the home, manager, staff, and relatives. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of Bradley House, the care staff provide a nice relaxing environment, and my own tasks are varied, from processing wages to ensuring all staff are enrolled on adequate training for their role. No two days are the same!


It is also nice to have the opportunity to get involved and support the residents who often have a wealth of knowledge and stories to share.


When I am not in the office my two girls keep me very busy, we enjoy our weekend breaks and summer camping trips but also do love to just relax in our pj’s with treats and a good movie.

Hi my name is Hannah and I’ve worked at Bradley House for 6 years, I started as a kitchen assistant and stayed in this role up until August 2022. I loved working in the home but I wasn’t able to spend as much time with the residents as I wanted, so I moved over to activities coordinator when that vacancy became available and I absolutely love it. It’s enabled me to really get to know the residents I work with and bring a smile to their faces.


I love seeing them join in my activities and be able to see the positive effect this brings to their lives. Coming up with daily activities which are meaningful, is no easy task and it keeps my mind very busy but seeing them plan out makes it all worthwhile. We enjoy activities that include live entertainment, animals, fayres, music, being creative, light exercise and mental stimulation, as well as sensory stimulation and giving the person a sense of being involved and part of a community.


Most of all activities take away loneliness, even just having a 1 to 1 chat over a cup of tea is all someone needs and I’m privileged to say this is my job. I have two grown-up children and a 12-year-old and in my spare time, I like to make memories with them and my partner.

Hey, my name is Amy Waller


I have been at Bradley House now for eight years and have completed many roles within this timeframe. I started as a cleaner then onto care. In 2021 I went on maternity leave and since returning from maternity leave I have now secured my role as relief team leader. I enjoy this role and ensuring that our residents have all the correct medication and help that they need. I have a little boy called Oakley John, who is also a massive part of the Bradley family. We enjoy popping into the home on our day off as Oakley’s cheeky little smile makes the resident's day. I enjoy baking and do like making cakes, cupcakes and all sorts of tasty little treats for our residents and will step in as cook when our amazing cook staff are on leave. In those 8 years, I have been a cleaner and a carer I have worked nights and days. Also, I worked in the kitchen for three years and really enjoyed this.

I originally started as a night carer, then I went into the kitchen as a cook.

I have 3 grown-up children and 6 grandchildren who keep me busy outside of work. I enjoy my yearly Tattershall break with family like to play darts and love attending any events that Bradley households for residents and relatives.
