I think we are lucky in having good carers. I have been shown nothing but kindness and respect across the board, even after death the care goes on- a Welsh lady who passed away recently left looking presentable surrounded with daffodils.

Cheryl is our Home Manager at The Grove Care Home, she has many years of experience in the care sector and is passionate about providing the very best person-centred care for our residents.

Ros has over twenty years experience in the private health care sector, she started her working life in nursing, working as a District Nurse and in Community Hospitals in London. For the last five years she has managed care homes in London and has returned to her native Lincolnshire to take up her position as Customer Relations Manager at The Grove Care Home.

Mel has been at The Grove for over 16 years starting as a carer, she has worked as a night Senior and now day Senior Carer. Mel has seen lots of changes at The Grove over the years.
"It's been great to really get to know all the residents in the long term, a few of which have been here since I started working at The Grove. We also have a great team of volunteers here at The Grove who do an amazing job running art groups, bingo sessions and helping out at events, there's a great atmosphere here".
Mel enjoys seeing the residents enjoying themselves especially when there's music and entertainment for them to sing along to.
Mel lives locally and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren, she has NVQ level 3 and specialist medication training.

Sue has worked at The Grove for over 10 years and is a familiar face for anyone visiting The Grove.

Sue deals with all the administration for The Grove, from enquiries to staff queries and helping to organise events.
