I would like to recommend Temple Croft to everyone. My dad is in there and he is so settled. The staff are always amazing. There is always something for all of them to do every day. Thier care is always met, and I can talk to them about any issues or just to talk; they are always on hand to take time.

I am pleased my wife has settled down. She seems to have found the food good, eating everything, at home she wouldn't eat anything, different to what she is used to, her only complaint is she doesn't like the coffee! I only wish we could find her something interesting to do. We used to do jigsaws and
crossword puzzles together.

My mum went into the care home for respite due to my dad being ill, he passed away just after Christmas so Mum became a permanent resident, for which we cannot be more grateful. She has continued to thrive and we have become mother and daughter again instead of her carer, and that is thanks to the amazing
staff at Temple Croft.

I'm not very good with words but my husband has settled in so well I can't believe it. The cares are so lovely. He hasn't asked to go home. He is very calm and quiet. I'm so pleased he is here. They meet all my husband's needs. He gets on with the other residents.

Templecroft offers care that is second to none! The staff care for the residents as if they were their own family. Nothing is too much trouble, and staff go above and beyond to make people feel loved, cared for, and at home. The surroundings are clean, comfortable and homely. The food is nutritious.
Staff are professional and knowledgeable on all manner of health and care needs.
As a health professional myself, I have worked across many care homes in the area, so when it came to placing my own relative in a care home, there was only one choice for us. In my opinion, this is the best care home in the area.

Mum is very happy here. She enjoys the food and is well looked after. It was the best decision for Mum to move in here. She is so much more healthy and happy and can have quality visits with her.

Amazing staff, very kind, helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. My dad seems very settled content happy, this is my first visit. So I will complete another review. But I'm extremely happy with it so far and I've heard nothing but excellent reviews from people all over.

My sister went into Temple Croft for two weeks of respite, we found the home very comfortable and all staff were very caring and efficient. My sister was well cared for and would definitely be happy to return there should the need arise.

We can't thank Temple Croft enough for looking after our mum/nana. She has vascular dementia but she has settled in amazing. She is encouraged to join in activities that she thoroughly enjoys, every time we visit she is sat in the lounge with a hot drink. The staff are always around to ask questions
and speak to. In a challenging and sometimes stressful job, they always have a smile on. Her room is always tidy and clean and her bed is made. She has even moved rooms when they realised she gravitated and favoured a different room which was empty to suit her.


In previous respite care, my nana has always wanted to come home with us after we've visited as we left, but here she is happy to stay and waves us off, which is reassuring to us and puts our minds at rest. We highly recommend Temple Croft for a respite placement.

My stepfather has been a resident for 3 months at this point. He has settled in well thanks to the care he receives from the attentive staff. The food always looks and smells delicious and there is always a good atmosphere in the lounge. The activities coordinator is very proactive and goes above and
beyond to arrange things of interest for my stepfather and all the residents. The home seems very well run and the communication has been excellent. For example, they always ring if there’s been even a minor fall, or anything that we might need to know about concerning his care. His room is always neat and tidy and very clean.

I've been here for one year and I am quite satisfied and happy. I have made friends with all the different cultures and I have made friends with people with the same interests. I enjoy the activities, especially the entertainment. We enjoy the food which suits everyone's needs. The Manager is helpful
and will do everything we need, The place is kept very clean and as good as have at home.

Before my mum came to stay here, she wasn't eating, drinking, or washing, she was basically wasting away. Now she is a totally different person, she's got a smile back on her face, she's clean and eating 3 meals a day and looks healthy again. I've nothing but praise for the staff for looking after her.

I regularly visit a resident who I previously cared for in the community. It is a beautiful home setting, very safe and secure. The home is very clean. The staff are always very polite and cheerful and despite being very busy and always willing to help meet the residents. Food at tea time is always
well presented offering a choice. Tea is plentiful.
My friend is very happy there, the other residents are very sociable towards each other. The activities coordinator has arranged a full agenda whether be it taking residents out for morning coffee, organising fundraising events, entertainment or knitting and colouring. The manager and staff make Temple Croft feel like home from home.

The staff are friendly and helpful at Temple Croft Care Home and is nice to see my nana in the company of other residents, she has been on her own for so long before she came to the home. The food is delicious, I got to have a meal with her very tasty, they have a lot of fun activities and visitors,
