I would just like to say what a wonderful job your team do of taking care of my mother. You do an outstanding job - all of you. I really couldn't think of a better and safer environment for my mum and all the other residents to be in. Thank you so much.

Dad has been in residential care at Temple Croft for nearly a year now, and he is very happy and well looked after there. The staff do a brilliant job of keeping the residents busy with arts, crafts and pamper sessions! All of the staff are always happy to talk to you and know each resident and their
personal needs very well. The menu always looks fabulous too. Would highly recommend it! Thank you for all of the amazing work you do!

My nanna is always well cared for and staff at whatever the time of day are there to help with a smile and kind words. Visiting this week, nanna was offered a drink while I was there and assisted when needed the toilet. It is good they encourage her to go downstairs in the communal area too. Did not
go in nanna's room today.

Temple Croft Care Home is a wonderful care home. My mum has been so looked after and has been very happy to call Temple Croft Care Home her home. My nana was also cared for here many years ago. The staff and management are extremely caring and deserve a medal for the job they do. As a family, we can't
thank them enough for looking after our mum.

From the minute Dad went into the home he settled and was happy. He was well looked after with care, compassion and love. ALL the staff played their part in making his life as peaceful and worthwhile as it could be, particularly in his final days. The atmosphere in the home buzzes with happiness which
emanates from the staff who have a great sense of humour and vast amount of experience in enabling residents to maintain dignity and respect in challenging circumstances. Thank you.

We were so grateful for all the love and care that was shown to dad during the year that he spent in Temple Croft Care Home. He was treated with respect, dignity and supported whatever his needs were. We were always welcomed with a smile and an update on how he was. Even during his final days when he
needed so much time and care, every member of staff was exceptional in their response to his and our needs. We couldn't have asked for more.

My dad stayed here for nine days for respite care. The staff I encountered were all excellent, helpful and very caring. All his needs were catered for and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was reassuring to know he was in good hands.

Temple Croft Care Home is my first experience of a care home. I arrived here in a very bad state after 10 days in hospital. I have been well cared for from the moment I arrived. The care ladies, cleaning ladies have all been kind, caring and friendly. The food is splendid. I have a comfortable bed and
I don't really want to go home. I shall certainly come back sometimes for respite. I consider my self very lucky to have selected Temple Court.

The time my mother stayed at Temple Croft Care Home was a very special time. She was treated with the utmost respect, care and dignity at all times. The staff are amazing from carers, cleaners, cooks and activities. The are a credit to you. It is a beautiful place to be and knowing mum was safe, warm
and cared for gave us all peace of mind. If Temple Croft was an Olympic sport each and everyone there would have a gold medal. Our thanks and gratitude are not enough for all that was done for our amazing mum. Thank you.

A first class service, spotlessly clean, excellent food, really caring staff. Keeping me fully informed on my wife's health at all times. Regular entertainment for the patients, the fees are very reasonable, with an unrestricted access to see the patient I found very good. Very well managed and run.

Temple Croft has the most caring staff. It is very light and airy, the meals are excellent.
My friend has only been in residence for about 6weeks but already feels at home.
Personally, I think it counts a great deal.

My mother has just passed away after spending nearly 10 years at Temple Croft Care Home. Her funeral was yesterday (2nd June). During the final months of her life the love and compassion shown by all staff was magnificent. I have always admired the professionalism shown by everyone at Temple Croft Care
Home where it was apparent that my mother spent the best years of her life. Our regular visits were a pleasure but in the last few weeks I have been reduced to tears watching everyone displaying such kindness. A big thank you goes to the staff who attended my mother's funeral.

Would like to say how caring and patient the manager and all her staff were at Temple Croft. My mother-in-law spent over a year there, in her last days she was shown such dignity. We were provided with endless cups of tea.
Thank you so much for all concerned.
Also, the most caring touch, was when
funeral directors arrived, two members of staff were with my mother-in-law. They had never seen that before, so touching.

Temple court is a lovely home with happy long standing staff and manager. Always a welcome when visiting. My sister is really looked after and is well fed and she speaks highly of the home. She had a lovely 100th birthday party with family and entertainers, well remembered by all. I would recommend
the home to everyone.
