Dining is an important and enjoyable part of daily life in our home and we take great pride in providing delicious and nourishing meals for all our residents, so we are sorry to hear that your mum is not happy with our menu selection.
Our menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect their likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wishes in relation to food or the serving of meals and are able to select their meals the night before.
We kindly ask that you reach out to us directly at the home so we can discuss this further and work together to prepare meals to your mum’s liking. Thank you again, we look forward to hearing from you.
