All carers are highly-skilled and make the most of an extensive refurbishment in order to make a difference. Visitors are welcome, with the team always pleased to show interested parties around the home.

My relative is very well looked after at Wrawby Hall. Staff are patient and caring with her. She has complex care needs and dual Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. There are many challenging behaviours which are managed by staff using various techniques. My relative does not always have her own clothes
on. Sometimes when we visit we feel her room is untidy. She does not like the colour on the fireplace wall.

Mum has her moments but overall has settled well. The staff are great with her, as with all residents. Overall, the care is good. Staff are lovely and can usually cheer Mum up. Lovely to see them all laughing.

Poo on the floor in Mum's bedroom at Wrawby Hall, photos available. When I mentioned this to the worker, was informed cleaner off sick. No effort to clean it up by staff, had to do it myself. Went to see Mum in the dining room. Flies were everywhere on the table she was sitting at. The staff just standing
around or on social media. No attempt to clean up the debris attracting flies. Disgusting. Will be raising this formally.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention, your comments have been investigated by Wrawby Hall with our Area Manager and I can confirm that your comments do not represent the actions and sequence of events as you state in any way. We strongly refute your comments and I know you would like your mum to live with you but as you know this is not possible, we have also spoken with your sisters and they are more than happy with the care we provide.
However, should there have been any failings these would have been dealt with in the correct manner, as we strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our residents' experience wherever possible which is evident from our other reviews and very recent Local Authority inspection.
We also do not have any records of a formal complaint being made to Wrawby Hall by yourself at the time of your visit so if you would like to contact the home directly to discuss this in more detail it would be appreciated.

My grandfather is currently a resident at Wrawby Hall Care Home, we were very reserved at first about him going into 24-hour care but the care staff at Wrawby Hall have given us as a family nothing but reassurance. Grandad said he is very well looked after and the food is amazing. We can't thank the
home enough for what they do for him.

Meals were very good (excellent). The staff were very friendly and helpful and spent time chatting when it was their break. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. The care manager came round every morning to char and see if I was alright.

Overall, the standard of care is excellent, provided by a dedicated, caring and professional team. Yes, there are posher places, and I do think the team appear a little stretched at times but, the care and attention the residents receive is first class. Every carer has time for every resident and treats
people as individuals and with dignity.
I would highly recommend Wrawby Hall based on the staff and the care they deliver, I felt assured at all times that my mother was looked after by professionals with hearts of gold.

Caring staff but not enough of them. The staff are stretched and are not always available when needed e.g. for the toilet. The place is homely and Mum's room, in the old part of the building, is light and airy. A lot of time spent by residents around the edge of the room watching TV or asleep. I suppose
this is a consequence of short staffing. Overall the home seems to be well run.

Overall our family is very happy with the standard of care my mother receives at Wrawby Hall Care Home. She has been well looked after since being discharged from hospital following a stroke.
Relatives are welcomed to visit any time of the day.
Maybe the range of activities could be improved and
residents encouraged more to take part.

My Dad is content at the care home after 12 months now.
He has a nice private room with homely touches.
The staff welcome him back warmly if I have taken him out.
There is a good rapport with the care staff which makes all the difference.
The manager always ensures that he has lots of trips and
activities.

My mum is happy in Wrawby Hall with all the lovely staff and care. Thank you so much for mums lovely room. Love going in sad at the move. The manager and her staff have made mum and I feel like family.
They let me help them to bath my mum and go every day to meet mums needs, because I want to it's

Such a lovely care home.
We were greeted on arrival with a warm welcome and led through to the lounge immediately. All the service users were in comfortable chairs and not left to sit in wheelchairs. The room was clean and tidy with a fresh, pleasant smell. The atmosphere was homely, relaxed and peaceful
with friendly staff. We were offered a cup of tea when the trolley came round. It was great to visit and see our family member being so well looked after.

I visited my friends mum while she was on holiday just to check she was doing ok.
To be honest I was totally shocked at how homely, clean and friendly everyone and everything was.
The room was bright, with residents doing something whether they were just chatting, reading or playing cards /dominoes.
The
staff were friendly, busy but nothing was too much trouble for them I found them to be very approachable.


There seems to be a good team working there. I wish I could have stayed longer as the food that was cooking smell lovely, I was going to pull up a chair and join them.

Wrawby Hall is a welcoming home. The staff take the time to speak to you when you arrive. Mum is happy in this environment, she is treated with respect and not patronised. The communal living spaces are upbeat and pleasantly decorated. Communication is good and any personal issues are passed on in a
private manner. Activities in the home are encouraged, we enjoy curling the village hall, mum thrives on meeting the ladies team from the village who join us, we all feel better after the session. Social events take a of lot planning but it's worth it to see the dedication of all the team, the food provided is excellent. We all have a good time. As a family, we recommend Wraby Hall and feel very satisfied with the standard of care.

The home is very friendly, the staff are very polite and conscientious, the whole place is very clean and tidy, all the care needs are catered for ie ripple bed, wheelchairs, care plans in place. Food supplied is of very good quality and all dietary needs are met.

Wrawby Hall was recommended to me by a friend for a friends parent and after visiting many times I can only say good things. The staff are amazing and never short of time to chat or offer drinks and snacks. My friend's parent is cared for very well and is happy and safe. The home itself looks amazing
and has such a lovely, calm and friendly atmosphere.
