My mother has been a resident now for many years and her care remains first-class. The staff are attentive and caring. The cleanliness and food are excellent.

Mum was a resident at Priceholme for almost 9 years. Throughout that time she was looked after with great care and kindness by all the staff. She enjoyed the church services, the activities, the meals and the company of the carers. She also loved the occasional trips out for fish & chips and to see
the Christmas lights last December. The staff were always friendly, kind, good-humoured and extremely caring. At the end of mum's life, the staff did everything they could to get her 'home' from the hospital, communicated with us at every stage and then looked after her with respect, dignity and love for her last few weeks. We will never forget the kindness shown to mum and also to family whenever we visited (we do not live locally). Finally, I wish to highlight the excellent care shown towards the residents during the very difficult situation brought on by the Covid pandemic - the staff went above & beyond to keep everyone as safe as they possibly could for many months of lockdown.

Mum has been with the team for over a year now. They've got to know her extremely well, and this not only shows in how they interact with her but also in recognising when she is slightly under the weather. The team continues to do immensely well to keep Covid out of the home while enabling family interaction.
We are all so pleased Mum is where she is and truly being looked after. Thank you to all.

My mother has been in Priceholme since August 2020 and so I have not been able to visit her in her room or indeed elsewhere internally. My observations are therefore based upon speaking with my mother (aged 97). The staff at Priceholme have been very good and helpful, particularly the manager. My mother
appears to have settled and very happy in her environment.

Priceholme has done a sterling job through very difficult times and I applaud each and every one of the staff for keeping the residents safe, happy and occupied alongside looking after their mental wellbeing whilst loved ones were not able to visit. Now things are slowly opening up and we are once again
welcome to visit with safe practices in place. Our loved one is settled and content which makes us happy, so a big thank you to one and all.

Since I was confined to my room for the week (because of Covid-19) I could not sample facilities or activities. Also, I did not have access to a shower for a whole week, which is unacceptable.
I experienced great kindness from a few individuals. All staff were courteous.

My father has been a resident in Priceholme for over 2 years now. He is settled and happy. I am confident he is looked after by the staff of Priceholme in an exemplary manner. We visit every 3 or 4 weeks. We live in the west of the country, we always arrive unannounced and always find dad to be clean

Visited the care home to celebrate the 100th birthday of a close friend. Met by a member of the staff, who escorted us to the dining room where we were seated at a tastefully laid out table.
Well prepared sandwiches, cakes and tea were served.
A very enjoyable time was had by all.

We approached Priceholme for advice on respite care. They were supportive and offered advice on how to go above things sensibly.
They were patient and I felt a real understanding from them as we procrastinated for longer than we should have.
The place itself has been proved to be excellent and met
our needs/expectations on all levels. Mum seems happy and is certainly safe. Care staff superb.
