Thank you for taking the time to review Cranlea and we are pleased that you rate our care/support as excellent. I will pass on your lovely comments to our team. We are looking at changing our window frames going forward. We will arrange to have the current blind removed in your grandmother’s room and fit curtains. Our furniture was recently purchased and we will be happy to discuss you bringing your grandmother’s own furniture into her room if this is her preference. The communal areas at Cranlea are being redecorated in the next few months. We are happy to discuss your comments with you at a mutually convenient time.
