Anchor's Cranlea in Kingston Park has a number of local amenities and services within a short distance with good transport links. The home provides residential and dementia care for up to 39 customers in homely and comfortable single en-suite rooms and continues to welcome new residents.

There are a number of activities and events in the home and Cranlea enjoys good links in the local community. The home works with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual’s health and care needs are continually met.

Anchor provides dementia care and on-going training to care staff to ensure their approach always reflects best practice. Anchor recognises that everyone is an individual and works hard to get to know their customers, build relationships and ensure all aspects of the service they provide is the one that they want.

My mother spent the last 16 months of her life at Cranlea. When visiting we were struck by the warm atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Mam settled in quickly and was totally happy. The staff were all very caring and couldn't do enough to help mam without being overpowering. My sister and I were
and remain totally happy that Cranlea did everything they could to make our mother's last months comfortable, warm, happy and inclusive, It is a care home we would recommend to anyone.

Our mum who has recently passed away (at 95) was a resident at Cranlea. The staff are wonderful, there is a happy atmosphere in the home. Our mum was treated with dignity and shown respect and warmth by the staff and management. We will be eternally grateful to them for making my mum's last year and
a half a good place to be.

Lovely atmosphere carers are all helpful and understanding, total empathy to all individual needs, my mam is at ease with her surroundings. Days when she is not go good she is given total one to one care until she settled and happy. As a family I couldn't be happier my mam is begin part of Cranlea family.
We are made to feel we can approach the staff with any problems or concerns. My thanks go to the team and all of the people behind the scene.

My mum became a resident at Cranlea in Oct 2015 after losing my dad to whom she was married for 60 years. She was given the warmest of welcomes by the staff and has received exceptional care and compassion. My mum's description of Cranlea is 'Rolls Royce'.
