Thank you for the feedback - here at Craghall, our doors are open to residents who need care but whose issues are not severe enough for nursing. This at times includes people with mild forms of dementia, which our staff have been trained to work with, and we would not turn them away when they need our help, as not everyone is lucky enough to avoid the condition, sometimes even in its mildest form. Please know that you can always turn to any staff member if you need any support, and they will be happy to help in any way they can.

Hi Jean, thanks for your feedback. Here at family-run Wellburn, we deal with every problem or complaint we receive with the utmost care and attention. In fact, we value all feedback, good or bad - it's this feedback that allows us to shape the way we do things and gives us a good indication of the things we're doing well and areas we could do better. All of our staff are there as a first port of call for any issues but depending on the situation a judgement will always be made to either deal with it directly or pass it on to a member of the management team. We never hope a problem will simply go away and always give each case our full attention. If you have a specific example where you feel we haven't done that, we'd love for you to reach out to discuss the matter with us further.

Christine has worked in the care sector for almost 20 years, with 16 of them being at Wellburn Care as Manager at Craghall. Christine has her NVQ Level 4 and her registered manager's award. Christine enjoys the difference Wellburn make to both the residents and their families' lives- providing the care residents need and giving families peace of mind that their relative is safe.

Joined: 2015
Chelsea started her career with Wellburn Care Homes in August 2015, when she joined our Eighton Lodge care home as a Care Assistant. Chelsea then progressed to Team Leader, before being promoted to Deputy Manager in March 2018. Chelsea has gained vast knowledge in all aspects of person-centred care and caring for residents with dementia, and her aim is to make sure all of her residents are happy within their homes. In 2021, Chelsea’s continued dedication, hard work & vast knowledge saw her promoted to Home Manager of Eighton Lodge. At the beginning of 2022, Chelsea relocated to Craghall care home as a Deputy Manager, where she is now supporting her new team!
