The staff were fabulous and Mam took part in regular activities and made friends. She celebrated her 89th birthday at Kendal House and was made
Unfortunately, her mental and physical health were already on a downward decline when she joined the home, and we feel that her care was of a high standard and she was treated with empathy and respect despite that her behaviour was undoubtedly challenging at times.
The staff were very personable and happy to speak to us at any time and were extremely prompt in letting us know if the doctor or district nurses had been called out to see Mam. In summary, we would recommend this care home.
