I am saddened that you and your sister both feel the need to separately provide a negative review, despite your Mum putting on weight since admission and having a bespoke menu created specifically for her, which your family had input into. The food which is locally sought, freshly bought and cooked on site receives positive feedback from other people who use our service. We agree that our residents deserve good food which is why the menu is well balanced, and in addition to this there are snacks available 24 hours a day for all our residents which include fresh fruits. I really hope you find the ideal placement for your Mam, because she really does deserve that.
