I have found staff to be very caring, treating residents with dignity and respect. Management are very approachable, very supportive to my family during difficult times.
They have good networks with local health providers and are quick to contact them when necessary.
Communication about my mother's
care is very good and they respond very well to any suggestions.
All staff members contribute a great deal to making The Croft a happy place.

The Croft a warm caring environment. The carers are superb and genuinely care about the residents and their needs. The management are approachable and have an open-door policy. The medical care when needed is immediate and of high quality. All the staff greet visitors as friends and will chat about
how your loved one has been that day.

My father was treated with the utmost dignity at all times while in the home. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful and caring. I cannot speak too highly of all the care my father received and all my family were treated respectfully at all times.

I find management and staff very family orientated. I can talk freely about concerns and staff always work to give good care. Management are extremely approachable. I feel the care home is run very well and we don't worry a lot about our loved one as they do all they can for him. He is kept very clean
and monitored well.
