I cannot praise the quality of care given to my mother since she has been in the home and all the staff who provide it highly enough. We know that she is in a very safe place and well looked after. Mam has taken part in some of the activities, something she wouldn't do before.

Primrose has been extremely welcoming and done a great job settling my Uncle in. They encourage him to join other residents in the hall for meal times to help him socialise, but are happy to bring the delicious food to his room or outside if that is where he wishes to be. I have been very impressed
by the range of activities offered. I've seen my Uncle take part in art, quizzes, games and dressing up. Everyone is friendly, patient and caring. The manager has gone above and beyond to accommodate my Uncle's particular needs, and has been very easy to contact and communicate with.

I really can't praise the quality of care provided by the staff at Primrose highly enough. My aunt spent the last four years of her life there and her care was of the highest standard. However it was the love and emotional support for which we are the most grateful, especially in the last few weeks
and months of her care. She was treated more like a family member than a resident by each and every one of the team.

The care that my mum experienced at Primrose was second to none. The staff are so caring and treat each individual to their desired needs. I knew Mum loved it there even though she could not tell us. She always had a smile on her face. You all do a terrific job. Thank you so much.

My brother was well looked after during his spell in Primrose Care Home. The staff took to my brother and he got on well with them. When he came out in was the best he had been in his fitness, his look and everything. The whole Primrose team where brilliant. The manager was a big help to me at the beginning.

I find the staff very polite and kind towards my mam, which made me very relaxed knowing she has everything she needs and the care to match. If I need to know anything, the manager replies very quickly to all my requests. Excellent work.

My mam moved into Primrose after a bad experience in a previous home.
From the minute she arrived, she was wonderfully cared for.
Unfortunately, she then became really poorly, but even then, the standard of care was excellent.
In her final few days, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, both
in looking after her and us.

My grandad has been in the care home a few months now and it was the best decision putting him in Primrose. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make our family feel welcome. We have had many adventures already from garden tea parties, family bingo nights where the resident's family get to join
in, Halloween parties, day trips out to the garden centre for dinner, pantos, Christmas movies in the lounge. It’s truly the best care home I’ve ever known and couldn’t be more grateful for the effort the staff put in for all the residents! The care home is clean and tidy and we’ve been allowed to bring in my grandad's furniture from home to make his room there more homely. Cuppas and snacks are always present, and the residents get delicious meals too. The staff are so patient and they deserve more credit for their hard work!

I love this care home, wouldn't have my dad anywhere else. I would like to shout about a certain carer. Something she mentioned to me. I called to check on Dad when there was a breakout of sickness. She reassured me Dad was fine, she said that she had been sitting with him in his room for a while. I

All the staff are great with all residents and all family members. From what I can see good and residents are asked what they want. Activities are good and staff try to get all residents involved. The manager is great and addresses any concerns immediately.

Overall the home is good in most areas, does everything you need from it and staff work really hard. The current manager works tirelessly to make improvements and these are clearly visible within the home.

Lovely home with caring staff who go above and beyond for the residents and family. Serving beautiful food and arranging great entertainment for the residents and families, hosting lovely craft days and plenty of activities to keep the residents free from boredom. 5 star home.

Well, where do I start? Primrose Care Home is the most wonderful, friendly and loving care home I have been in as a visitor. My sister was only there a short time but the lovely management and wonderful staff took the best care of her ever, going above and beyond every day to tend to her complexed needs.
I would recommend this home to anyone who is thinking about moving a loved one into care. They will have a wonderful fun filled loving home, never needing to worry.

Always find staff friendly caring and professional, always putting the needs of the residents first. They have plenty of activities to keep residents occupied and have day trips out in the summer. It's obvious all staff think the world of residents and I am very happy that Mam is there.

My mother was extremely well looked after for almost 3 years. We thought she would have been treated as palliative care when she was admitted, but thanks to the love and high standard of care she received she thrived and lived a contented life.
