Located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Hartlepool, Sheraton Court Care Home offers personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people, rated 'Good' by the CQC with 'Outstanding' in Caring (July 2023).

The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

In the range of lovely dining areas residents can relax and enjoy dining with family and friends. The catering team prides itself on making mealtimes enjoyable for all residents and their loved ones.

By getting to know each individual resident at Sheraton Court, the team encourage everyone to take an active part in life at the home. Whether it be participating in the popular wellbeing and activities programme or embracing the quieter times, they are committed to helping residents to lead their best lives.

Community is also an integral part of life at Sheraton Court, so the team is dedicated to supporting residents in building strong relationships in the Hartlepool neighbourhood, by organising events with local schools, charities and businesses in the area.

My aunty moved in about 5 weeks ago and settled in very quickly. This happened due to the friendly and caring attitude from the staff and management. She now regards this as her permanent home. From the family point of view, we are confident in her care and well being which makes things more relaxed
for us.

I am very settled. The treatment I am getting at present is what I need and I only have to ask. The home is very pleasant. Staff are very nice and caring and wish I had the patience they have.

I'm very happy and if you are happy you will stop. Carers are smashing and I will speak as I find. I feel Sheraton is my home now.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
