The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

In the range of lovely dining areas residents can relax and enjoy dining with family and friends. The catering team prides itself on making mealtimes enjoyable for all residents and their loved ones.

After four weeks and limited contact due to Covid, very helpful and accommodating staff. Very obliging and considerate and cannot do enough for us. Very appreciative knowing Mum is safe and well looked after.

I realise how difficult this past year has been for everyone, carers etc, but they have kept us informed about our loved one every step of the way, for which I and the family are very grateful. You are doing a great job.

We lost my dear mam of 91 years on 8th May 2020. My mum lived happily at Sheraton Court and as she became frailer and her dementia progressed she was looked after with care, kindness and attention.
Staff were always available to talk to her family and were both affectionate and professional on her
care.
The home has a lovely environment with an attention to detail which shows the respect staff have for their residents. I cannot thank them enough for looking after her.

We sadly lost our beautiful mother on 18.4.20. As a family, we can't express our gratitude enough to every member of the staff at Sheraton Court who was so loving and caring to our Mam, and we knew when we left her she was in safe hands.
The hardest decision as a family we have ever had to make was
when we had to let Mam be taken into care. However, Sheraton Court was a godsend. The staff supported Mam and us as a family throughout the four years she was a resident. Knowing mam was so well cared for, allowed us, as a family to deal with some difficult times. We shared the happy and sad news, laughed and cried. Staff and residents became friends to all of our family. Thank you from the bottom of hearts.

During a short visit to the mainland UK, we had a short window and decided to visit my aunt who resides in this care home. Time was short, on entry to the home we were directed to the floor where my aunt stays. It was early in the morning and all residents were in the common rooms having breakfast.
Spoke to a couple of staff and explained our situation, they were more than helpful and showed us to my aunt. My aunt suffers from dementia, I mentioned a few names from the past which got a good response and she knew me. As from my short but eventful meeting I was happy with the care that my aunt was getting and the help we received was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, we arrived at a difficult time unannounced, which was no problem. The accommodation was large and spacious very clean and a lot of things going on. What can I say about the staff, courteous, respectful to both us and the members, helpful and going out of their way to be helpful and the food looked delicious. Thank you.

What does kindness mean to you?

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
