This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

I have been visiting this care home for many years now, and it is one of the best in the town. I would highly recommend this care home.
The staff are very committed to their role.
I appreciate all they are doing in these very scary times with coronavirus.

A very pleasant and reassuring experience as Dad was unable to live alone. Sheraton Court was the best possible option we could make at this stage in Dad's life. The home and staff have been amazing at all levels. Outstanding care. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Sheraton Court. My mum did not want to go into a "home", but once she had been there a few months, she settled in very well. The staff were very professional, caring, discreet, approachable, kind and friendly. My mum has since returned home, and said if she has to go into a
"home" again, please can she go to Sheraton; she of course prefers to be in her own home. I could not find fault what so ever with this place.

Amazing staff going that extra mile with the Covid19 pandemic. They organised a disco bus and singer for the residents to see from their windows. Totally amazing seeing the residents dance and sing. Made me realise they are well cared for and treated like family. Also managing to sort online apps so
I can see Mam - priceless. Well done to the manager and all your team. My Mams second family. Keep warm and safe.

I was worried about Mam being taken into a care home after a fall in her house left her unable to walk, but with the help and kindness of all the staff, I need not have worried. My main concern is her happiness and safety and in the current situation, I believe she couldn't be getting any better care.

My mum has been in the care of this home for over a year. I cannot recommend this home enough! To have peace of mind that your family member is receiving outstanding care is of paramount importance. In this time of national crisis, I would not put my trust in anyone else to keep my mum safe and well.
A huge thank you to the manager and all of the staff who are doing an excellent job in such troubled times. Keep up the great work.

In the midst of one of the most difficult times the world has experienced, Sheraton Court staff have brought sheer joy to those they care for. Last night I was sent a short video showing residents dancing in the windows as they were entertained from outside (at a safe social distance) by professional
singers.
"New York, New York" is now my all-time favourite song.
Thank you Sheraton Court.
P.S. looking forward to having my Sunday Dinners again once all "back to normal".

Mum seems settled in this home and I find the home very clean and tidy. The carers are very friendly and work very hard. My faults that I have are only small, like for example, putting a bra on mum, she's always worn a bra so I'd like her still to wear one, when I went to get one today 3 have fone missing,
laundry don't know where they've gone. Also, mums hair sometimes looks like its never been brushed.

I have found this residential home very open and comfortable. The staff are friendly, understanding and approachable. The facilities and entertainments are excellent. I am content that my mother is cared for and supported to a high standard.

Sadly this is my last review of Sheraton Court as my dad passed away recently. I decided to write a final review because my dad had the greatest of care from the moment he arrived right up to the time he passed away over 12 years later. The room was ideal as it had everything that he required and the
public areas were clean with high-grade furniture and fittings. The canteen was clean and welcoming with the food of the highest standard. Finally the staff, they are the jewel in the crown who are welcoming to visitors and caring and attentive to the residents. I’m hoping that Sheraton Court will continue to maintain these high standards and wish them the best for the future.

I cannot praise the staff at Sheraton enough, lovely people. My dad was so well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. I am so glad he ended his days in such a lovely care home, being looked after by professional caring people. The staff and the home are a credit to HC One.

My father in law has been a resident for 12 years and it really is a home away from home. His needs are met by a fantastic team of people who go above and beyond to see him happy and content. Today’s visit coincided with a Christmas party. Hot mince pies and a sherry accompanied by a school choir singing
Christmas carols. Home is just wonderful. Staff entered into the spirit with festive jumpers and the decorations are beautiful. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely festive visit.

When visiting the home to see my father in law I was very impressed by the Christmas ‘feel’ around all areas and the staff were all joining in and contributing to the cheerful atmosphere relative to this time of year. My mam has been a resident at Sheraton Court for 8 and a half years and now classes this as her home. I feel that the continuity of staff is of great importance, making my mam's home as comfortable and happy as possible. If any problems do occur, I know I can always approach management with my concerns.
They always make time to listen and act to solve the issue, making my mam part of the Sheraton Court family.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”
