Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1087 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Home manager Diane Maughan said: “Thank you for your review and lovely comments about our team. We have the correct ratios of staff to care for our residents and regularly offer support with showers. We try to ensure we rota staff according to residents’ preferences where possible, but occasionally if a member of staff whom a resident prefers isn’t available they may, despite our encouragement choose not to have a shower and we must respect their wishes. If you would like to speak to me at all about this please don’t hesitate to come and see me.”
