Mandale House is a purpose-built development that specialises in residential and dementia care, incorporating the latest care technology and tailoring all care to individual needs.

Carers offer residents and their families the support they need during what many find some of the most trying times of their lives. Families are truly grateful for the personal support they receive, when faced with one of life's very difficult decisions and the team pride themselves on continuing that support to residents and their families from the moment they contact the home throughout the whole of their stay and beyond.

The approach to care is simple - look after the person and not the ailment/condition alone - Carers want to get to know their residents and their families, thus enabling them to look after the whole person and not just to concentrate on the task in hand. Staff get to know their clients, who they are, who they were and how they have come to be at the home.

Carers get to know their families too and like to understand the dynamics within the family setting and how best they can support these as they build a relationship of trust. They understand that choosing a care home is not just about excellent amenities, but about a true and real understanding of relationships being nurtured, trust being built and a life being lived. My husband has been a resident since September 2016 and I have found the home satisfactory. All the staff are very caring and treat him with respect and kindness. He is happy there, they are also very kind and welcoming to visitors.


The home has a nice friendly feel and it's very pleasant surrounded

with trees.

I have always found the care Mandale House provides to be excellent. The residents are provided with all the care they need in a dignified manner. The staff are friendly and caring. I would recommend it to anyone. As I live 500 miles away, it is a great comfort to know, my mother is in safe hands.
