We have a full programme of activities and trips based on our resident's interests but we respect their wishes if they do not wish to participate. The effort and care taken to involve the residents was amazing, the whole room was filled with smiles and laughter. The experience has really motivated my mum and helped her feel part of a special group.
The friendliness, care and devotion of the staff makes Millbeck feel more like a family than a care home. I do not live in the Norton area but I would never dream of moving Mum closer as Millbeck cannot be matched for its level of care and dedication towards its residents.
