Situated In the Oxbridge area of Stockton On Tees, Park House Rest Home is a small family run care home offering residential and residential dementia care while maintaining a homely environment, the home is within walking distance of Ropner Park.

The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require. Staff are always on-hand to answer any questions about this important next stage in yours or your loved ones life, and to guide you through the process, every step of the way.

At this time of writing my mother is now deceased. She has lived at this care home for the last eighteen months of her life. When I first visited this home I was confident my mum would be cared for very well. Park House was clean and attractive the atmosphere was friendly.
The rooms are of a good standard.
The TV lounges were bright and airy and the food was of a good standard.
The outside area is spacious with lovely flowers and plants. The management and caregiving staff exhibit professionalism.
The kindness shown to my mother in the time she was there and in her final days was excellent. We thank them.

The home is excellent. The carers are very kind and supported my mother back to good health. The room was very clean at all times. My mother had a great diet and enjoyed all her food. Personal care was always top priority. The carers always helped mother with her bathing, curled her hair and cut her
nails. To finish I would recommend Park House and give it 10 out of 10.

I like having a chat with staff. staff are always happy to make me a sandwich or a hot cuppa whenever I ask. Staff are very good and caring. My room is very good and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff have been shopping for me and take me shopping. The meals are very good and I can't
complain at all. I enjoyed my 2 weeks respite care. I would definitely stay again if possible.

My mum is always treated with love and respect. She is always happy and contented and that I believe is due to the atmosphere the home creates with its high level of care and love the staff give to its residents. Mum's room and all the living rooms are always immaculate. I would recommend this home

You could not get any better home than Park House. My family looked all over for a home and I'm glad they found Park House. I would not get anywhere better. Food excellent lots of staff. I can do what I like to do, when I want to.

The staff are very good and the home is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them they all treat me very well and I get on with all staff. I was apprehensive before I came in but now realise there was no reason to feel this way. It is a wonderful place to live the girls are wonderful.

The staff are excellent, the staff treat me excellently. My family and friends can visit any time they are always offered a cup of tea or coffee. I can have a cup of tea any time always offered cake or biscuits with it too. There is always plenty of activities to go to but it depends on how I feel if
I join in.

My dad is very happy living at Park House, he is well looked after and we have never had any complaints from him at all. It is clean and tidy and the menu is healthy and suited to my dads needs. It is not regimented and the residents can be visited at any time between 9-9 but not at meal times which
is very good for people who are working.
