My nan has been a resident here for a few months now and she really enjoys being here. The activity coordinator is fantastic and there are always activities for the residents to do. Days out are organised regularly which my nan always enjoys. The staff are helpful and friendly and the room my nan is
in is lovely. It's great that they keep us updated on what's been happening and there is always plenty of pictures and videos to watch which is lovely to see how happy and settled my nan is. A wonderful home.

Living abroad as I do, it is very comforting and reassuring to know that my father is in such good hands. The staff are wonderful and make him feel so special. Their patience and kindheartedness is one of a kind. I have never heard a harsh word spoken, even in such challenging circumstances. I have
nothing but admiration for the carers, and really don't know what we would have done without them.

Having been a resident at The White House for some time my mother experienced a stroke and was admitted to hospital. After a week she returned to The White House to be nursed until she passed away a week later.
The care, sensitivity, kindness and support provided to my mother and to the family was
outstanding. My mother was in the best place we could have asked for. We could not have asked for better at such a sad time. This care home is an outstanding home and I would highly recommend it.

Reply from Alison Endrodi, General Manager at The White House Care Home

Thank you for such kind words, we are very proud of The White House as we are of all SSL Healthcare Homes. It is always good to receive reviews and have the knowledge that we care not only for the person but for their family too.
