Whilst my nana was in Windsor Court on respite for 2 weeks, the staff went above and beyond for her. They made her what she liked for breakfast, especially for her and also catered for her caffeine free diet. She was always well presented and in the lounge, which we much prefer than her being by herself
in the bedroom. The home was clean and there were no odours. Fantastic staff all around. Home from home experience.

My mam has been in Windsor Court for three years and has always been treated with dignity and respect.
The staff and management are always friendly and approachable and any problems are dealt with immediately.
Individual needs are catered for and I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor
Court to anyone else.

Both lounges have a homely feel. Staff are friendly and attentive. They make sure residents and visitors feel at home and are always welcome.
I can feel at ease knowing that my dad is well cared for 24/7.
