Rachel will Carry out all duties in such a manner as to enhance the residents’ quality of life, ensuring their independence, dignity, fulfilment, choice, privacy and rights are not devalued.

Senior Team Leader/Team Leader’s
We have a team of senior carers who have experience in health and care/nursing backgrounds they are in charge of resident’s care plans. All the senior staff is responsible for the delivery of care to the residents, ensuring the smooth running of the home. They are all experienced and qualified at their jobs.
Care Staff
Our care staff are specially selected for their caring attitudes and skills. Many are qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3. They also attend other training courses as and when they arise to keep them up to date with current legislation and trends
Job Title: Catering
The catering team are led by Andrew Willis, he is a very experienced chef and prides himself on the provision of nutritious, healthy and varied meals up to a high standard. Special diets are catered for – just let Andrew and his team know your needs.
Job Title: Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff are a dedicated team, maintaining high standards of hygiene in the home. They also have excellent communication skills – essential as they ‘visit’ so many residents!
Job Title: Maintenance
Iain is the gardener and also the handyman in the home. He can turn his hand to anything and is always on hand to help put up pictures and move furniture.
Job Title: Activities Co-Ordinator
We have an activities organiser Carol Tinkler, who is in the 4 days a week between 10 am and 4 pm. Entertainment is brought into the home on a regular basis; all activities can be viewed on our activities notice board on the ground floor.
