Overall, I am happy with the care home my mam is in. She is always clean and tidy. Her room is lovely and she seems to be happy and settled there.

All the staff are very caring and take very good care of my Mum.
She is always treated with respect, kindness and dignity.
If I have any concerns or worries they are always available to discuss and talk things through with.
I am very happy with the care my Mum is receiving.

My mother has been in this care home for nearly 2 years. I am extremely happy with the care and support she gets. The sitting rooms, bedrooms etc are exceptionally clean, so is my mother. She gets lovely meals. The staff are very friendly and professional towards residents and visitors alike.

I cannot thank the staff enough for my care at Clarendon Grange. Thye have treated me with dignity and respect whilst staying for approximately 7 weeks staff have enabled me to be
rehabilitated to the standard that has enabled me to live independently with support to return.

We have a team of senior carers who have experience in health and care/nursing backgrounds they are in charge of resident’s care plans. We have an activities organiser Carol Tinkler, who is in the 4 days a week between 10 am and 4 pm. Entertainment is brought into the home on a regular basis; all activities can be viewed on our activities notice board on the ground floor.
