What they do well: washing, dressing, medication, meals, daily activities, cleaning, reporting of incidents.
What they don't do well:
If your relative requires day and night close supervision, assistance with orientation and mobility or has any dementia-associated behavioural problems then this is not the home for you. They simply do not have a sufficient number of experienced staff to cope and, in my opinion, your loved one would be better placed in a home with nurse support.

Our catering team regularly review our menus and carrot and orange soup remains a popular choice for many residents, with an alternative choice always available. Naomi has been the Registered Manager at Kirklands Care Home since 2015 having worked in the Health and Social Care sector from 2004 where she started her career in Domiciliary Care progressing into Residential Care. She has a vast knowledge of this sector having worked with a wide range of service users from children with learning disabilities to older adults with a wide range of needs and worked with health care professionals ensuring their needs are met.
Over the years she has completed many qualifications in Care such as her Registered Managers Award along with a HNC and HND in Business management. Naomi is always looking at ways to develop herself and the skills of our staff in the home.
