Family and friends are always welcome to visit. There is even a family room with a box of toys for visiting children. Residents can visit the hair salon, enjoy relaxing in the beautiful gardens or the different lounges, watching television, pursuing hobbies or reading the paper.

The bedrooms are airy and bright, with en-suite facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their room to make them feel more at home.

This care home really does care for its residents and their families. Each resident gets a gift for special occasions and I have witnessed surprise parties that have been organised. There are entertainment events, activities and outings organised for residents who wish to participate. All staff are
friendly and approachable and respond very professionally to both the resident and their families needs.

Church View care home is a very well run, well taken care of home. The staff are very caring, pleasant and can't do enough for my Mam and Dad. The entertainment for the elderly residents is excellent, food is very varied, tasty and plenty of it, plus drinks all day long.
Staff are very good at keeping
you up to date about your elderly residents too.
So pleased we chose this lovely home.

Lovely care home with lots of activities for residents. Friendly pleasant staff. Warm environment. Safe and secure. Mam was in an extra care facility and requires permanent residential care. First impressions on entering, I knew this was the right care home and I would highly recommend this lovely home.

This was my 1st choice for a care home for my mam and I am so pleased I did. The home is spotless the staff from the management, cleaners, carers, laundry and cooks are marvellous.
They work very hard and are dedicated to their roles in the care home. I would recommend highly to anyone that needs to
place a relative in a home. My mam had dementia and they were all patient and professional even in the hardest of times and were wonderful when she passed away.

I cannot thank the staff and management at this care home enough for what they do. They are all great and always smile and very hard working. Since my dad has moved in I have been given my life back. My dad is very happy in this new home, he has and is looked after very well with all his needs attended
to. He is looked after very well and he says it's lovely and the food is fantastic. The staff always have time to have a laugh with not only my dad but all the residents as I have seen this on a member of visits. Thank you all at Church View.

I find the care staff team very approachable and caring towards my mother.
The manager and deputy are very responsive in the changing needs of my mother, I believe the service is very well led.
I receive regular updates about my mother's well being and receive prompt telephone calls around any issues
with her health.
If I have any concerns they are dealt with in a timely manner.

My mother had complicated health care issues and would have been challenging for any care home to manage, however, the staff at Church View successfully looked after her with great respect for her as an individual and maintained her dignity throughout.
The atmosphere whenever I called in to see my
mother was always one of calm, quiet but also of friendly staff keen to listen and help.
My mother was dying from cancer and I was worried she would not be able to be cared for at Church View, but the lead staff arranged all the support she needed to be well looked after at all times.
I cannot thank the deputy manager enough, she was great.

My uncle was very happy at Church View but his only complaint was not being allowed out without being accompanied. I appreciate this was for his own safety though.

It is a clean, friendly, caring and safe environment for her.
The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful and look after her very well.
There are regular activities for her to join in with and the food is very good.

Excellent home in every respect.
Always treated with respect and kindness.
Very good range of food which Dad enjoys.
Activities arranged in the home.
Excellent additional care - nails, hair cutting etc.
We feel that Dad is respected and is safe 24x7.

I have found the home to be clean and tidy. The staff have included us in mom's care and have provided information and we have had the opportunity to discuss any issues. They have liaised with the medical team about these issues. All of the staff which includes catering and cleaning, as well as care,
are friendly and caring, mum is not a team player and does not join in activities but there are plenty for the residents.

My mother who is almost 99 years old became a resident here on 21st April 2016. She was supported well with settling in and is very happy here. Her every need is met. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful and work quietly and efficiently to make all residents feel at home. As frequent visitors
we are impressed with the calm, peaceful atmosphere and the welcome we receive.

I and my family can't praise the staff at Church View enough for the care and attention they provided to my late mum during the latter days of her life. My mum was precious to me and so i chose her care home very carefully knowing it would be the place where she passed away, I was so glad and picked

Our mother who was 96 years old was in Church View for only a few weeks and we could not have asked for better care for her. The accommodation was very clean and everything was well organised. The management team were very professional and the manager and her staff gave us support and guidance when
we needed it.
All the staff were excellent as nothing seems to be too much trouble and they always took the time to have a chat with her which she really enjoyed. The home has an excellent relationship with the externally based nurses as they visited promptly whenever they are needed. We would recommend Church View to any of our friends and family.
