Her extensive background spans working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours, but her true passion is in dementia care, to which she has devoted more than 20 years. Bev is passionate about caring for the elderly and loves hearing their unique stories and experiences. She also places great importance on building relationships with their families, ensuring each resident is understood and cared for in a personalised way.
In her personal life, Bev enjoys time with her husband Ian, their 5 grown-up children, and 11 grandchildren—with a new baby grandson on the way. She is also a dog lover and enjoys spending time with her dog Lulu. When she’s not at work, you’ll often find her knitting thoughtful gifts for family members of her team.
