Sarah has worked alongside great work colleagues, who helped her progress to Team Leader in 2016, Sarah then applied and was successful for the role of Deputy Manager. She has her NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 5.
In 2021 Sarah’s continued dedication, hard work & vast knowledge of care and dementia saw her promoted to Home Manager of Wellburn House.
