Nothing is too much trouble for the team of dedicated staff. They are always aware and all information is passed on. It's a longer travel than the last care home but what an improvement. I am glad my mum is somewhere she is being well looked after and cared for properly. Such a relief to find a suitable care home. I can't thank the staff enough, they are brilliant.

I began my career as a Home Administrator then progressed to Commercial manager within Woodhorn Park and have gained experience and qualifications to progress to my current role. Barchester has a high standard of care and a superior lifestyle delivered throughout the company, and I endeavour to deliver those same values in our home. I always enjoy spending time with residents and their families and am always available for a chat about our home, staff, services and most importantly, our residents.
