Thanks, we take these matters very seriously. Unfortunately, we have no record or recollection of your experience with us or can we verify anything about you. Furthermore, your mother has instructed us not to discuss or involve you in any aspect of her care. Her recent email in July 2023 said that she knows all the staff at Balmoral House did a fantastic job to make her comfortable, going above and beyond and thanking us from the bottom of her heart.

a) The Average Rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 5 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.4 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
