All the staff are kind and pleasant, they interact really well with my mother. We are always offered a cup of tea and a biscuit and somewhere to sit with mum when we visit.
I am always kept informed of any issues that mum may have and what action is being taken to deal with it.
All of the staff
clearly know the quirks of all the residents, showing they pay careful attention to each individual.

We consider ourselves so fortunate to have found such a lovely home which is so convenient to us and more importantly mum seems very happy.
