The inviting home has a pub, hair salon, nail bar and beautiful garden, which is looked after by some of the residents living at Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn. I am very happy here very content. The staff are helpful. Food is beautiful. My daughter is happy with my care and staff. I have had more affection than I ever had before. This home is home away from home

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Lisa has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Having worked at Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn, for more than a decade, Lisa closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


Lisa started work as a Carer in 2007, then worked her way up to Senior, Deputy Manager and now Home Manager. She has a Level 5 NVQ, completed in 2018, and was nominated as “Rising Star at HC-One.”


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Lisa remarked:


“Seeing the smile on my Residents’ faces”


Outside of work, Lisa is a bookworm; enjoying reading and socialising with friends and her family. She has a very kind nature and always listens to everyone’s views.
