Melanie has worked for Hafod for 20 years as a Care Assistant.
Mel loves to interact and engage with our residents. Melanie is extremely proud that she can help our residents feel fulfilled in their life as much as possible.
Mel says, “Seeing our residents smile is the most rewarding part of my job, if they are happy, the home is happy. Cwmbran House is a home where people feel safe”.

Mary has worked at Cwmbran House for 10.5 years.
Mary enjoys the variety of her role, especially when she undertakes her domestic duties as this allows her to interact and spend some time with our residents.
Mary also supports the Kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant. Mary says, ”I like the friendliness of the people I work with; we all get on really well, it is real teamwork.”
