Staff made every effort to encourage our mum to integrate into her new environment.
The end-of-life care given to our mother was exceptional. This continued to the compassion given to her family after her passing.

My late aunt arrived in Nazareth House in May 2021. Since then the love and care given to her was exemplary, particularly during her final weeks. This care was also extended to her family, nothing was too much bother for them.
I cannot thank the staff of Nazareth House enough for their wonderful care
to my aunt in the last 2 years of her life.

I entered Nazareth House care home on 5/9/22. From the beginning (and to date) I was made to feel welcome. My on-suite room is excellent with the level of cleanliness and cosiness maintained to a very high standard. The staff are caring, and compassionate and take as much time as they can apart from
their assigned duties to spend time with the individual residents. This also applies to management staff.
My one complaint (if you can call it that) is the food. The management is aware of this and is in the process of making changes.

My aunt passed away very recently. She had the best of care since she went to live in Nazareth House in May 2021 at the age of 87. Everything was first class - from the facilities to the warm and caring staff. The exceptional care and kindness shown in the final weeks of her life were outstanding -
and not only to my aunt but also to her grieving family. In my mind, it felt like the nearest place to heaven. I thank the staff, the volunteers, the nuns and the clergy from the bottom of my heart.

Very positive visit, the first time in many years. Excellent communication by the manager and staff and very welcoming. The resident I was visiting is new to the home and care provision, staff demonstrated empathy and understanding with the resident. The care home had a nice relaxed atmosphere, with
preparations for the festive period visible.

My wife and I visited a friend and former neighbour at Nazareth House on the 14th of December 2022. This was my first ever visit to Nazareth House but as a retired GP I have been in many care homes. I was extremely impressed by all that I saw at Nazareth House. There was a bright cheerful and beautifully
clean environment. The staff were welcoming and seemed very caring. Our friend's room was lovely. I was very impressed by the gentle and considerate way the staff dealt with residents. I have given the maximum score in each of the options relevant to my visit. Other options are left blank only because I am unable to comment but I would be surprised if they were not excellent.

My mum transitioned to Nazareth house from hospital in December 2021. The manager and her team managed a very stressful situation with compassion and care given. The fact I was in Australia unable to leave due to the pandemic. I felt very supported and confident that Mum's future care needs would be
met, during the past six months I have witnessed first-hand the attention to detail, high quality of all Mum's care needs including physical, emotional and spiritual needs being fulfilled. As a registered nurse I have never encountered such a warm inviting client-centred care facility. I am truly grateful.

Both my grandparents went to Nazareth House during the first lockdown. From the minute they arrived, they were treated with dignity and respect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially as we were only able to have window visits at first. My grandad passed away in October of last year,
and the manager and staff were all so supportive of the family and my nan during such a difficult time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this home to anyone that needed extra care. Thank you for the hard work you all do; it doesn't go unnoticed.

My aunt went into Nazareth House for a two week respite period. As soon as we entered we were met by such welcoming staff. While she was there everyone showed so much care and attention, nothing was too much bother. She was very happy and loved joining in on all the activities. The home is run exceptionally
well. I would have no hesitation if my aunt wanted to go their permanent as I know she would be well cared for in a safe, clean environment.

I'm overall happy with the care my mother receives, I'm confident the staff treat her with dignity and respect in what has been extremely challenging during Covid times. My mother is happy and content with her surroundings. I visit her and see that she is well taken care of and always clean and tidy.
The home also provides plenty of activities to keep her stimulated.

Excellent purpose-built accommodation and facilities. Most staff are professional, friendly and caring. However, there are times, quite often lately that I find no staff available or present in resident lounges, where several residents including my mother are sitting unsupervised. Also, my mother's
basic needs - hair brushed, face washed, earring on - is not done. Maybe because night staff get mum up, showered and dressed before the end of their shift and run out of time or resources. Please provide additional staff to ensure basic care needs are met by night staff if this practice is to continue.

Our Mum recently moved into Nazareth House and we are absolutely delighted with the care she receives. Mum was hesitant about moving into a home but has settled very well which gives us complete peace of mind. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the home. The manager and her team do a fantastic job.
