The staff go above and beyond their supportive and caring role for my dad. They communicate regularly with me and my siblings and always put his health needs first. I’ve worked in care homes over the years and would highly recommend TNM as a place of comfort and safety with lots of activities for residents.
They also demonstrate excellent dementia knowledge and support and listen to your views and suggestions.

The care provided by all staff was exemplary. Our mum's every need was attended to: health, care, social. As a family, any views we had were listened to and promptly acted upon. The accommodation was very comfortable and uplifting. The meals and snacks were top-class. Staff went out of their way to
make birthdays and other special occasions lovely. When our mum was dying the care was second to none.

A very caring and considerate team at TNM, providing high standards of care and treating residents with dignity and respect. Seeing a loved one in care can be very difficult, but the team genuinely seem to care about the well-being of residents and do their level best to keep a positive atmosphere around
the home.
