Thank you for taking the time to write this great review. The team will be delighted to hear how helpful you feel they are, the cleanliness of the home and how well-supported your mum feels. All feedback is taken onboard, of course. Our new manager will make it a priority to speak to you regarding the key worker's role. Pitlochry has a large laundry service but two weeks is longer than would be expected to have it returned. He will discuss this with the head housekeeper and revert back to you on this matter too.
