Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, management has no input once the hospital has deemed a resident unfit to return. The assessment carried out by the HSC staff is final. Sarah-Jane has worked in the Care Industry since 2012. She has completed NVQ 2 & 3 in Care for the Elderly and completed her Diploma, Level 5 Leadership and Management course in Health and Social Care. Sarah-Jane became the Home Manager in January 2021. She enjoys working in Towell House; stating she is looking forward to leading the staff and maintaining the high standard of care Towell House is known for.

Joined: 2018
Nicolle started working in Towell House in May 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant. Nicolle has a Degree in Health and Social Care and in July 2020 she started training to be a manager. She took up her new position in a managerial role as a Care Coordinator in November 2020. Nicolle finds her new position here in Towell House very rewarding; stating she enjoys the diversity of her role and getting to know all the residents and their families.
