Ronceray is a wonderful 'home' to its residents.
Every time I visit my brother-in-law I am impressed by the level of care he receives, nothing is too much trouble, the staff are always there for not only my brother-in-law but for us, his family. We are welcome to stay for lunch, have coffee/tea or
enjoy one of their homemade cakes. The staff are friendly, caring and are so good to the residents, Ronceray is a vibrant and happy place. Thank you for taking such good care of my brother-in-law.

As a family, we have had an excellent experience. Mum has settled in and even with severe dementia you can see how much she loves and trusts the staff and you can see how loving the staff are back. She is looked after very well with every need and always looks well kept and clean and smart. As a family,
we always feel welcome and all the staff are kind and friendly. It is so important to feel that a loved one is cared for well. Ronceray goes over and beyond. They are excellent.

The most caring home I have known. It is first and foremost the resident's home. Plenty of activities, visiting musicians, outings to the cinema etc. Family days e.g. barbecues, tea parties, making craft, games, singing. I could not have picked a better home for my husband.

My son and I visited Ronceray home. From the time entering we were made extremely welcomed and knew straight away this was the right place for my husband and (Dad) to be. The staff go above and beyond. We could not ask for better and leaving my husband there we know he is safe and happy. Food and the
whole package is 100% more than what we had hoped for. I would recommend the home Ronceray to anyone. Very high standards.

Ronceray is amazing. So caring and patient. They welcome my visiting father every day with a smile and a joke. They treat residents with love and dignity and are truly professional. We are so grateful to the truly amazing staff.

I visited a friend at Ronceray who I hadn't seen for years. I was pleasantly surprised when entered the home, the staff were so warm and friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere and seemed to be plenty going on. I spent a wonderful couple of hours with my friend in the stunning garden - it felt like
old times when we would holiday together. If I needed a care home for my mum or dad, I would be more than happy to go to Ronceray. Lunch was served whilst I was there (I was offered the opportunity to have lunch with my friend but sadly I didn't have the time. Next time though!)
