Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns. I would like to apologise for the loneliness and isolation you felt that your Mother was going through. We had a meeting with care staff on the unit where your Mother is a Resident, the outcome is that staff will ensure that daily, a member of staff will spend some quality time with your mother.

Thank you for your valuable review. We understand how you were feeling during the most difficult time in the home when there were management changes in Alexander Care Centre. We take on board feedback from Relatives to improve our service and have now employed a committed Home Manager that keeps an open communication with relatives and stakeholders, and leads the team in continuous improvement for our Residents.

“To me, kind care is enriching Residents’ lives and making them feel as comfortable as possible at all times.”
As a Registered Nurse with over 17 years’ experience, San has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
San closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
He also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Alexander.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, San remarked: “The best thing about my job is seeing Residents with a smile on their faces. It means the world to know they are happy with the care we provide to them.”
